The Work of the Future Centre is an EAE Business School’s educational and applied research institute that studies the impact of the current and ever changing socio-economic environment and fosters sustainable employability in fragile, uncertain and digital environments.

- En el Estudio, realizado por EAE Business School en colaboración con CEAPI, Consejo Empresarial Alianza por Iberoamérica, han participado más de 100 empresas de prestigio de hasta 14 países diferentes de España y América Latina, como Mapfre, Iberia, Grupo Bimbo, Repsol, Banco Sabadell y Fluidra.
- El informe, que analiza la realidad de las compañías iberoamericanas en materia de sostenibilidad tras la pandemia, revela que 8 de cada 10 empresas entienden la RSC como una forma natural de hacer negocios y sitúan las iniciativas de filantropía en un segundo plano.
- Entre los ODS que ganan más relevancia en la etapa post-covid19 se encuentran “Salud y bienestar” y los que se enfocan a paliar la crisis económica, aunque también son los que se consideran más difíciles de alcanzar. En España, además, para el 61% de las empresas cobra especial importancia la igualdad de género.

EPyCE Report
With the new times, come new professions, new positions, new competences. This report analyses, on the one hand, professions that arise related to technology and that have an impact on the whole labour market and, on the other hand, traditional IT related positions that currently have a high degree of automation.

Lifelong learning
We offer different types of continuous education. We develop multidisciplinary programmes for teams in companies and international organisations. We prepare professionals to face the new paradigme. We offer specialised education.
- In-Company Programmes: We design ad-hoc programmes for companies, such as the one created together with Banco Santander, that combines technical and financial knowledge with the banking business fundamentals, where more than 200 new admissions were granted.
- Short programmes: We develop short programmes focused on different topics — such as the Angel Academy for entrepreneurs and investors: this programme studies real cases and focuses on the investment process, because when an idea seeks to take the big leap forward, there is no better launch pad than a great investor.
- Profesionals certifications: Some of our master courses include the necessary content to successfully complete high prestige professional certification exams
