Funding Schemes and Grants

EAE offers special funding conditions, grants and aids for candidates accepted in EAE programmes.

EAE BUSINESS SCHOOL GRANTS

  • Comprehensive SME Development Grant. EAE offers solutions to the needs of SMEs within the scope of its higher business training project. The strengthening and implementation of competiveness enhancement strategies, the comprehensive development of organisations and the people that are part of them are key elements at our institution.
  • Female Executive Grant. More than 40% of our students are women with an average age of 33 years. This statistic verifies the capacity of EAE to train female students who are professionally and personally mature and who need to combine their family, personal and educational activities. In order to strengthen, boost and consolidate women’s professional activities, EAE presents an aid programme for this professional sector. The managerial potential and the leadership capacity of the candidate will be valued as two essential qualities for the study of the candidacy.
  • Certified Handicap Grant. EAE has launched an aid programme to encourage and contribute towards the professional development of the physically impaired.
  • EAE Academic Excellence Grant. EAE will award those students with the best academic records. The candidates that certify an academic record with an average higher than 9.5 may gain access to the EAE Academic Excellence Grant.
  • Entrepreneurial Grant. Aimed at SME managers, self-employed workers and professionals who want to launch a business.
  • Managerial Grant. Aimed at executives, middle management and qualified professionals who want to take on posts of responsibility.

AIDS AND SUBSIDIES

  • Fundación Carolina. Grant for lifelong training that encourages cultural and scientific cooperation between Spain and Latin America favouring the Exchange of professionals. It is aimed at Spanish and Latin American experts and professionals who certify their need to move to Spain or Latin America to complete their training.
  • MAEC – AECID Grant. This grant contributes towards the higher education and professional development of foreigners and young university students with higher university degrees and, in some programmes, last year university students. Type of aid: Programme II-B Grants: Grants for foreigners for master degrees or specialisation studies at Spanish universities and other non-university teaching centres.
  • Aid for the training of employees regulated by the Fundación Tripartita. The Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal offers a type of aid, through the Fundación Tripartita, to all active persons who pay contributions to Social Security and have obtained an individual training permit from the company. The denial of the permit must be justified by organisation or production reasons. The aim will be to receive training acknowledged with an official degree or with a particular university degree. In turn, the company will obtain a discount in its Social Security contributions for each employee who received the permit. The discount is equivalent to the salary cost of the working hours that the employee has spent on training, with a maximum of 200 hours per permit and academic or calendar year.
  • SOC. The SOC offers aids and grants to unemployed people who take part in training activities within our Master and Postgraduate programmes at the EAE Business School.
  • AGAUR (Agència de Gestió d’Ajuts Universitaris i de Recerca). It offers postgraduate university loans with very favourable conditions.
