In this respect, tools like coaching and developing emotional intelligence ensure the maximum performance of increasingly diverse teams. Companies need modern leaders with strategic vision who are equipped to identify and develop talent through motivating challenges.

The executives of the future will have to generate inspiring work environments, optimize human relations and convey qualities such as empathy, optimism, perseverance and emotional management. Students on the Master in Coaching and Leadership will develop the skills and competencies required to strengthen their team’s confidence in innovative projects based on collective and individual creativity.

Moreover, the program is designed in line with the quality standards required by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Professional Certification

This program is designed in line with the quality standards required by the ICF. On completion of the Master, students who meet all the criteria required by the Institution have the option to apply for their certification directly from the ICF, in the ACTP category.

ACTP Certification from the ICF

The Basic Coaching Competencies module of the Master is accredited with the ACTP category of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which enables students who successfully complete the module to opt for the ACC and PCC credentials far more easily, as up to 137 hours are given equivalence accreditation.

International Residential Program

At the end of the tuition period in Barcelona, students have the option to take part in a two-week residential program at ISCTE Business School (Lisbon, Portugal).
