Nowadays, a significant proportion of projects are set in dynamic environments, with a large component of innovation, in such a way that changes are not seen as a threat, but rather an opportunity to develop and learn.

Agile Methodologies are now a reality and a requirement in the modern business community. Having a firm command of these methodologies in a competitive necessity for Project Managers in the 21^st Century. There is a growing number of projects that require an agile approach to management, as the predictive or waterfall framework is no longer effective. With this in mind, this Master in Agile Methodologies and Product Development gives participants an in-depth insight into the agile development of new products through high-performing, innovation-oriented teams, regardless of the sector or market.

The practical application of the foundations and principles of the agile philosophy will, to a large extent, set the agenda for the Master program, which includes gamification, as well as the case study methodology as a key feature, in order to gain an understanding of the agile dynamic in real business environments, in which the participants on the Master themselves operate.
