The business environment evolves fast, so professionals need to know how to sell intangibles and learn to adapt to an economy in a permanent state of transformation. Globalization, new information technologies and distribution and sales channels that have emerged thanks to the Internet have changed both marketing strategies and the way we sell.
Competing in global settings has increased the number of markets in which we can operate, but also the number of competitors that we face, which requires us to approach marketing and commercial management from a more innovative perspective. In the age of information and knowledge, in which the customer has become the real protagonist and a scarce asset that companies have to preserve, it is essential that directors operate within a culture of strategic marketing to be able to adapt the company’s activities to the customer’s real demand. As such, the initiatives that the companies undertake to conquer customers have to be efficient in terms of the costs involved, the benefits generated and the communication conveyed.
EAE Business School’s University Master in Marketing Management is designed to equip professionals to lead these changes and convert market opportunities and challenges into competitive advantages for the company, professionals with a solid education in marketing and a more in-depth knowledge of one of the areas of specialization offered on the Master: Commercial Management or Strategic Communication; professionals with a firm grasp of new marketing trends and in-depth insight into the organizational aspects that generate corporate value, a key factor in the growth of any organization.
In addition, at the end of the tuition period in Barcelona, students on the University Master in Marketing Management have the option to round off their training with a two-week residential program at Kean University (New Jersey, USA).

The Marketing Advisory Board reviews the syllabus or the Master annually. Formed by professionals from companies such as Unilever, Sony, Mango, Nielsen, Nissan, OgilvyOne, Heineken, Endesa, BP, La Caixa and Dockers, among others, this Board ensures that the Master has a strong business focus and that the contents are aligned with the needs of the employment market.
EAE Lab is a business incubator designed to provide our entrepreneurial students with the resources and environment required to identify their competitive advantages and develop new business ideas. Accompaniment is offered to entrepreneurs, investors, students and researchers, as well as training and financing
Creating a Marketing Plan is a key element of the University Master in Marketing Management. Drafted at the end of the program and tutored by a lecturer, this Marketing Plan in an essential part of the students’ training as it enables them to put all the skills and competencies acquired over the course of the Master into practice.

Within the framework of our Business Networking program, students have the chance to attend a series of meeting with professionals from large companies, as well as other EAE students, which give participants the opportunity to expand their network of professional contacts.
Major + Minor
EAE is the first institution in Spain to implement the North American methodology of Majors and Minors, which replaces the traditional method of choosing elective courses.
The aim of EAE’s Soft Skills program is to enable participating professionals to round off their training with the strategic mobilization of their personal skills. The program consists of ten independent monthly workshops structured in line with the Emotional Competency Model.
International Residential Program
At the end of the tuition period, students have the option of taking part in a two-week residential program at Kean University (New York). This program is available for students at an extra cost.
EAE Business School has been affiliated to the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya since the 1998-1999 academic year to run Master and Bachelor Degree programs adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), signed in Bologna.
Under this agreement, the University Master in Marketing Management is an official university qualification from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), registered at the Universities, Centres and Qualifications Registry of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, and verified in October 2015.
As a result, students who successful complete the Master’s Tuition Plan receive the official university qualification of University Master in Marketing Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
Therefore, students who successfully complete the University Master in Marketing Management at the EAE University Centre, meeting all the stipulated requirements receive two qualifications:
