This Program is designed for students who want to enhance their international professional development with the aim of giving them the maximum visibility among the multinational companies that work with EAE, through activities such as Employment Workshops, interviews with headhunters and access to international recruitment consultants around the world.
Marketing Advisory Board
The syllabus has been designed in collaboration with the Advisory Board of the Marketing and Communication Department, formed by professionals from companies such as Unilever, Sony, Mango, Nielsen, Nissan, OgilvyOne, Heineken, Endesa, BP, La Caixa and Dockers, among others.

Creating a Marketing Plan is a key element of the Program, as it enables them to put all the skills and competences acquired over the course of the Master into practice.
Outdoor Training Program
With the aim of enhancing the development of key executive skills and competences, group activities and organized that enable weak points to be identified and overcome, while consolidating strengths at the same time.

EAE is a member of AME (Spanish Marketing Association) and ADIGITAL, which both strive to increase awareness and recognition of the market profession and its activity.
Within the framework of our Business Networking program, students have the chance to attend a series of meeting with professionals from large companies, as well as other EAE students, which give participants the opportunity to expand their network of professional contacts.
Major + Minor
EAE is the first institution in Spain to implement the North American methodology of Majors and Minors, which replaces the traditional method of choosing elective courses.
Soft Skills Program
The aim of EAE’s Soft Skills program is to enable participating professionals to round off their training with the strategic mobilization of their personal skills. The program consists of ten independent monthly workshops structured in line with the Emotional Competence Model.
International Residential Program
At the end of the tuition period, students have the option of taking part in a two-week residential program at Kean University (USA). This program is available for students at an extra cost.
EAE Lab is a business incubator designed to provide EAE’s entrepreneurial students with the resources and environment required to identify their competitive advantages and develop new business ideas. Through this initiative, we fulfil the needs of the entrepreneurs and investors, as well as our students and researchers. The services include Training, Financing and Accompaniment for EAE’s entrepreneurial students.
EAE Business School has been affiliated to the University Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) since 2016 to run Master programs adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) signed in Bologna.
Under this agreement, the University Master in International Marketing Management is an official university qualification from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), registered at the Universities, Centres and Qualifications Registry of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport in October 2016.

The key objective of the University Master in International Marketing Management is to train multidisciplinary professionals equipped to capitalize on the corporate synergies that occur in the marketing, communication and sales departments of companies.
From an analytical and strategic perspective, the program aims to enable students to acquire a set of business and executive management skills to conduct effective and competitive marketing sales management, as well as corporate communication that is consistent with the organization’s mission and vision.

The University Master in Marketing Management is an in-person program run at the EAE Madrid Campus at Calle Joaquín Costa 41, right at the heart of the financial hub, very close to the New Ministerios complex, Paseo de la Castellana and Calle Serrano.
The Campus covers around 4,000 m2 spread over five floors, with a terrace and private garden. Our facilities include 24 study rooms and classrooms, 10 multi-purpose rooms for coworking, meetings and video conferences, and events hall with a seating capacity of 100 people, reading room and library, cafeteria and a number of student service offices.
One of EAE Business School’s key objectives is to ensure that the students’ learning process is as enriching as possible both in and outside the classroom. To achieve this, we give them access to a set of activities adapted to each of their profiles and the current stage in their learning process.
