Talent EAE 2019 is a very important event for the Business School and reaffirms its great employability potential. Held on 5th March in Barcelona with a high level of participation, Talent EAE 2019 now heads to Madrid on the 12th and 13th March, welcoming students and alumni to the JoaquĆn Costa 41 Campus from 11:00 to 19:00 on both days. Over the course of the event, the members of the EAE community will enhance their visibility with recruiters and Human Resources professionals from the 90 companies that have confirmed their participation.
Talent EAE is the biggest employability event organized by a Business School in Spain. Over two days, the Professional Careers Department has scheduled a wide range of activities for Talent EAE Madrid, including round tables, meetings and sessions run by companies such as AB InBev, Lukap, Fellow Funders, Talentoteca, Stef, Adecco, Unono, 360 Talent, Arriaga Asociados, Avon Cosmetics, Samsung, AlterHome, Banco Santander, BBVA, Bricomart, Bip, CBRE, Carrefour, Mahou San Miguel, Huawei, Catenon, Siemens, Compass Group, Deloitte, Sandoz, Enterprise, DHL, Designit, Deutsche Bank, Expertia, EY, Gate Group, Grupo Planeta, Gympass, ING Direct, Hilton, Loewe, Leroy Merlin, Ikea, IBM, Mapfre, MeliĆ”, Philips, Ogilvy, Michael Page, Seur, Robert Walters, Sotec Consulting, Securitas Direct, etc.

The beer company AB InBev EspaƱa, which imports and distributes leading beer brands such as Corona and Coronita Cerveza, Franziskaner, Leffe, Beck's and Stella Artois, will organize networking activities and interviews on 12th March.

Is this the first time you have taken part in Talent Week? In either case, what are your expectations of this employability and talent event?
(EG) Yes, this is the first time that AB InBev has taken part in Talent Week. In terms of our expectations, we hope to meet a large number of candidates who show ambition and a desire to build a career with accelerated growth in a highly demanding environment. One of the things that we focus on most in our recruitment process is the candidates' personality, so meeting them in person is an ideal opportunity for locating talents.
Taking part in Talent EAE enables organizations to attract talent and fill specific positions. What profiles are in the highest demand? What skills do you need?
(EG) The new recruits at AB InBev have a very varied range of skills, as we search for the best talents in each field of study. However, there are common areas in terms of skills, namely resilience, ambition, leadership and a sense of ownership of everything they do at the company.
With respect to talent acquisition and contracting, what are professionals going to find when they join your company? To what extent will it represent a change in their professional career?
(EG) AB InBev offers a company like no other. Many of our employees come from different companies in a range of industries. The general consensus is that working for AB InBev is an opportunity to form part of a unique professional environment. More specifically, they form part of teams who are not only highly qualified in their respective fields, but they also have lots of drive to achieve their objectives, which is the perfect combination for carrying out any project currently under way. (AS) Present our firm and the internship and employment opportunities to students at the Business School who, based on past experience, are really interesting for Deloitte in view of their potential and academic record.

(AS) We are looking for all types of profiles, from Business Administration and Management, Economics, etc., to engineering qualifications. We are also searching for flexible people with a desire to learn and adapt to changeable environment.

(AS) At Deloitte, we work in a dynamic environment that is constantly changing. The working atmosphere is very youthful and challenging. EAE Business School offers high-level training on Master specialized in different sectors.
