At EAE Business School, we like to challenge ourselves and act boldly in terms of developing our learning dynamic. With this in mind, we are constantly searching for new formulas that enable us to provide top-class education. As a result, we have developed the ConnectEd methodology: a new hybrid model that combines an online stage and an in-person period to optimize the development and learning of Master students.
How does it work?
Using a multi-platforms strategy, EAE’s ConnectEd methodology combines, on the one hand, a range of pedagogical approaches to provide a richer experience and, on the other, a selection of different formats to optimize the time spent on in-person tuition on the Masters.
The ConnectEd methodology consists of two 4-month periods:
Which programs are run through the ConnectEd methodology?
Professionals from all over the world can take advantage of the multiple benefits of the ConnectEd methodology on the following Master programs:
Why study with EAE’s ConnectEd methodology?
Connection
As the name suggests, the power of the ConnectEd methodology is its use of connection, not only in terms of connecting the digital and physical worlds, theory and practice, and innovation and creativity, but also connecting autonomous learning and teamwork with cognitive (hard skills) and emotional learning (soft skills).
Thanks to this methodology, EAE Business School is now able to connect students at a global and local level: at a global level, through our digital learning platform in the first stage and, at a local level, at our campuses in Madrid and Barcelona, during the second stage.
Social Learning
On our journey towards success, we proceed together. Therefore, EAE’s ConnectEd methodology ensures that we all learning at the same time as teaching. To achieve this dynamic, the ConnectEd methodology applies the fundamental principles of Social Learning at all times: communication and close emotional interaction between students and lecturer.
In-person/Online Duality
By combining the best of the in-person and online worlds, the ConnectEd methodology provides a really comprehensive alternative. On the one hand, it offers the flexibility and rigour of digital learning and, on the other, the richness and feedback of in-person tuition.
In the online stage, students benefit from continuous content, weekly assignments, webinars and tutorials, always with the support of lecturers. The in-person stage focuses on the key aspects for becoming highly-qualified and competitive professionals at an international level.
Synchronous/Asynchronous Fusion
Moreover, another benefit of this new methodology is the possibility to follow all the contents of the Master in real-time or on-demand, In other words, the synchronous part is planned in advance to enable every participant to follow the session and tutorials in real time, while the asynchronous part gives each student the possibility of completing the set learning tasks flexibly, thereby enabling them to combine their studies with other personal or professional activities.
EAE Business School is committed to being a School at which students can achieve their goals and boost their professional career. With this in mind, we strive to develop new formulas like the ConnectEd methodology, which enable us to continue fulfilling our commitment, despite any adversities that may arise.
