What impact has the pandemic had on the IT market?
The headhunter explained that Covid-19 has had a huge impact on the whole economy. Many sectors have been affected and suffered unimaginable damage. However, in the IT and Digital sector, there is thankfully some good news: the impact in our sector has been far less.
Moreover, Riber sees the democratization of working from home and a new tendency towards flexibility as positive aspects that we can take away from this complex situation.
