The nternational MBA Barcelona-Berkeley contains an intensive module on innovation management and digital transformation, focusing on the design and management of innovation projects.
In this respect, the International MBA Barcelona – Berkeley equips professionals to take on positions of responsibility in international companies and lead the change towards full digitization and innovation. Moreover, with the case study methodology, they gain in-depth insight into company success stories. In addition, the students have a tailored career plan, MBA Career Path, with personalized training and accompaniment services designed to boost their opportunities. For participants with entrepreneurial flair, the EAE Lab business incubator provides the training resources, financing and guidance required to convert a great idea into a successful business venture.
