Starting in October, EAE Business School is launching the International MBA in collaboration with the prestigious University of California Berkeley Extension, with a two-week residential program at the US university and the participation of lecturers from UC Berkeley Extension. The International MBA contains an intensive module on innovation management and digital transformation, focusing on the design and management of innovation projects.
In this respect, the International MBA equips professionals to take on positions of responsibility in international companies and lead the change towards full digitization and innovation. The program also enables them to develop their leadership capacity to manage teams creatively and gain a comprehensive overview so that they understand the reality of different markets at a global scale and how to prepare them for digitization.
In Barcelona, based on the principle of learning by doing, the students have the chance to recreate business situations and challenges through the Business Game approach, putting the students’ capacities to the test as they take on the role of executives. Moreover, with the case study methodology, they gain in-depth insight into company success stories. Another key feature of the program is the opportunity to expand their network of professional contacts, thanks to networking with classmates, company visits and participation in events with senior executives of Google, Vodafone, Accenture, Intel and Alibaba, among many other market leaders
In addition, the students have a tailored career plan, MBA Career Path, with personalized training and accompaniment services designed to boost their opportunities. For participants with entrepreneurial flair, the EAE Lab business incubator provides the training resources, financing and guidance required to convert a great idea into a successful business venture.
Over the course of the two-week residential program at UC Berkeley Extension in March, participants benefit from a special experiential immersion in the innovative ecosystem of Silicon Valley and San Francisco. Students and professionals from all over the world get together at UC Berkeley Extension to make contacts and exchange ideas with the leading experts in research and the industry to gain insight into the key trends in innovation management and digital transformation.
