EAE Business School has published the Bachelor Degree Employment Report, which presents the employability statistics of students on EAE Business School’s Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Digital Communication, , Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management (Spanish) and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management (English).The report reveals that 71% of the School’s undergraduate students doing an internship are later contracted by the same company.
Moreover, 81% of graduates in 2020 already have a job, with 12% working abroad in countries such as Germany and the United States. Of the employed graduates, 31% got their job before the graduated and 38% were hired within six months of finishing their Bachelor Degree. 31% work in consultancy and auditing, 19% in pharmaceuticals and chemicals, and 13% in banking and finance.
EAE also promotes its students’ entrepreneurial spirit, giving them access to the EAE Lab project incubator, workshops for responsible entrepreneurs to boost their commitment to offering a sustainable product or service, and the TEDxEAE entrepreneurs forum, among others. As a result of these efforts, 6% of EAE’s undergraduate students opt to start their own entrepreneurial venture. The top sectors in which they start their business are Advertising and Marketing (29%), Consultancy (14%) and Healthcare (14%).
“I would highlight the activities with big companies and multinationals where, form a much closer perspective, gain an insight into how they operate, their employee profile, the values that they embrace, etc. I would also emphasize all the workshops that they run at the School, focusing on preparing participants for the world of employment: building an attractive CV and getting ready for a job interview”, explained Andrea Prats, a student on the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management at EAE Business School.
