EAE publishes its Talent Alumni Review magazine with a new focus on the digital version

EAE Business School has published the tenth issue of Talent Alumnni Review, its magazine focusing on the School’s former students. In this edition, great efforts have been made to boost the digital version, making it interactive, far more visual, and more attractive to read on a screen. This change forms part of EAE’s commitment to sustainability.
The latest issue starts with the PROFILE, section, in which Pedro Serrano, the Director of Marketing at InfoJobs and graduate of EAE’s Master in Marketing Management, shares his vision of the evolution of business, the employment market and the challenges of the future.
In One of our Own, four former students give us an overview of their professional careers after finishing their studies at EAE Business School: Carlos Martín Pacha, the Category Manager at Colgate-Palmolive in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and graduate of the Master in Marketing Management; Ana Morán, Pre-Sales Engineer, IoT & Big Data at Telefónica and graduate of the Master in Project Management; Zuzana Topolska, a graduate of the Master in International Business and the Director at SISA Agency; and Miguel Montalvo the Senior Data Analyst at Atmira and graduate of the Master in Big Data and Business Analytics.
Meanwhile, the Entrepreneurs section, gives an insight into the experiences of the EAE students who form part of the EAE Lab incubator, whose innovative projects benefit from the guidance of mentors and coaches throughout the process of exploration, ideation and implementation of the Minimum Viable Product, right through to generating the Business Model.
The entrepreneurs in this issue are José Manuel Velasco, a graduate of the International MBA & Co-Founder of Glutery, a project that strives to improve the culinary options of celiacs; Veronika Treit, a graduate of the Master in Marketing and Sales and Founder of ZapMask, a startup offering practical, customizable face masks for people who want to keep in fashion.
In Global Talks, there is an interview with Jeremy Darroch, the CEO of the global television giant, Sky, who discusses the constant renewal and reinvention of key aspects in the age of streaming.
Moreover, in the new In Deopth section, Juan Manuel Delgado, the Head of People & Culture at BP and member of EAE’s Advisory Board, gives his insight into the success factors in companies, as well as answering questions about the skills required today, how the pandemic has affected the business world and leading teams of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
In A Day in the Life of..., Bárbara Plazas, a graduate of the Master in Marketing & Sales Management, explains how she came up with the idea of creating Makes Sense Lab, a company specializing in olfactory concepts, as well as giving an overview of the company’s evolution and growth so far.
Last but not least, all the latest news at EAE can be found in The Insider, including the presentation of the Work of the Future Centre, which analyses how best to boost sustainable employability in uncertain, digital settings, Alumni Stories, with an overview of the most important activities in the life of EAE, such as defending Master’s Theses and Demo Day, an event to showcase the business initiatives incubated in the EAE Lab launchpad, EAE’s appearances in the media and the latest appointments of the School’s students.
