EAE Welcome: the Part-Time and Weekend programs of the April session get under way

The students on the Part-Time and Weekend programs have begun their classes at EAE Business School. During the Welcome event, they got to know their Program Directors of their Masters and their classmates. Most of the students have professional experience and now need to update their knowledge in their specialist field or have chosen to make a significant change in their career.
One such case is Clara Duarte, a Venezuelan student living in Spain, who has chosen to take the Master in Human Resources Management, "I studied journalism but I went on to work in the retail sector training staff". She decided to make a change in her professional life and training in Human Resources. "I chose EAE based on the recommendations of other people who had studied here. I also saw some really great references about the School online".
Meanwhile, Susana Solís has wanted to take an MBA for many years. She came over from Panama to work in Barcelona and has decided to study at the same time. "I researched EAE's methodology and I really liked it. I work in Project Management, but I had been on the management team for years and I realized that I needed some experience in the field".
One of the students' main goals of studying at EAE is to evolve their careers and make a professional leap forward. "My degree was scientific and I want to focus my professional life on business", explained Adrià Aragonés, a student on the Master in Project Management. Meanwhile, Nuria Minguet works in the Marketing department of a bank and decided to take the to make progress in her career, after studying advertising and communication.
Although most students have seen great references about EAE online, the Alumni community certainly great reassurance to anybody still not convinced. Thanks to a friend who took the Master in Project Management, Gerard Alluvé is now a new student on this program. "I have been working in the field for three years and I felt that I needed a more in-depth knowledge to continue moving forward in my profession.
Mexican student Astrid Cárdenas believes that marketing is the future. "Therefore, I am taking the Master in Digital Marketing and Electronic Commerce here. I also fancied getting to know a new culture". His Ecuadorian classmate, Francisca Rosero plans to stay in Spain for a while working. He has just started the Master in Digital Marketing. His colleagues in his home country had taken the program and it went really well for them and opened up professional opportunities. Another new arrival who wants to do an internship or work here is Juan Pablo Gallegos, Chilean student on the Master in Digital Marketing. "It would be a great achievement".
The students took part in various activities, including a brunch at which they participated in some group exercised. "I think it is great to meet your classmates and get to know the university itself to see where your training is going lead", added Susana Solía, a student on the MBA.
