How can we limit our use of smartphones to manage our time better?
The tips that you can apply to free yourself up and require less connectivity include keeping your mobile on silent and remembering that almost everything can wait. You don’t have to respond immediately. The quality of the response matters most. In addition, we can also improve the situation by preventing work problems.
Connectivity and health, closely related.
One of the reasons for being constantly connected is boredom. Therefore, it is a good idea to embrace hobbies that improve our health and self-esteem. Reducing our use of mobile and tablets before going to bed also helps you rest more.
Technology and interpersonal bonds.
