Tell us about your time at EAE Business School. Why did you decide to take the Master program at the School?
I had studied Business Administration with an international focus and I have specialized in the area of Supply Chain that I was really interested in. In addition, on the Master, not only have I acquired a lot of knowledge about the supply chain, but also I have really improved my Spanish and met lots of people for other countries.
How did you develop during your time studying Master in Supply Chain & Logistics at EAE?
The interesting thing about the Master at EAE is that the lecturers are professionals currently working in companies, so they have a real insight into the what the situation is like now in the area of Supply Chain. We learned lots about new trends and that is really important in a world that changes fast.
What aspects of the EAE program and faculty would you highlight?
The thing I would emphasize about EAE is the Professional Careers team, who help the students a great deal in terms of finding employment. In addition, I would like to underline the international profile of the students, which is like a microcosm of working in a team made up of people from different cultures.

The most obvious aspect is that they are international, coming from lots of different countries, which enriches the whole experience.
What have you gained from the Master in Supply Chain & Logistics?
As well as lots of contacts, I have learned to apply a successful strategy to find work.
How did you access HP's Graduate Program?
Through an email from the School's Professional Careers team. The department sends out emails about the Graduate Programs currently available and other employment offers. Thanks to this service, students can keep informed of all the offers and so accessing them is far easier.
What did the selection process for HP's Graduate Program involve?
First of all, I had to do an online English test, which also took into account the time taken to complete it. Then, there were two telephone interviews in which they asked me about my past experience and my reasons for wanting to work at HP. Lastly, they invited me to the HP Academy, to spend a week at the company's headquarters, where they explain what makes HP tick, its values and so on. They show you around the buildings. You can speak to managers and meet lots of people from all over Europe who have also been invited. At the end of the week, you are interviewed by the managers of the positions that you are interested in. You also present a small Business Case Study with a group, with all the managers listening and asking questions. Shortly after that week, they called and offered me a position. And that was the whole process!
What expectations do you have of the HP's Graduate Program?
Primarily, all the aspects of what it is like to work in a multinational and, at the same time, the opportunity to build my professional career in a cutting-edge technology company.
Do you think that you are better equipped to approach the employment market thanks to your time at EAE?
Absolutely, especially thanks to the Professional Careers team, which were a great help to me.
Would you recommend EAE Business School?
