In accordance with the regulations governing access to official university undergraduate tuition programs and the admission procedures for public Spanish universities, depending on their profile, applicants wanting to take the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management at EAE Business School can access undergraduate study programs through different access channels:
To access EAE’s undergraduate programs, students must complete the university pre-registration process overseen by the Catalan Government’s University Access Office (Accesnet).

The syllabus of the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management is designed for a diverse range of profiles that include both people preferably with a qualification in humanities and social sciences and people with a more analytical and technical background, depending on the area of the company in which they plan to specialize.
New students have to be interested in the social, cultural and environmental setting around them and want to focus their professional activity on creating value for society by integrating in functional areas of a public or private institution, showing respect the society and environment in which they operate.

Applicants are recommended to have taken the following optional subjects at high school: Company Economics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Social Sciences.
There are 130 places available for new students on the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management, which are assigned starting with pre-registered student applicants with the highest score and then in descending order of scores, down to the minimum score requirement and/or until all the places are assigned.
Students who are admitted for university pre-registration will be notified by the Pre-Registration Office.
EAE will then send students all the information required to proceed with the enrolment process and other matters of interest.
The minimum score requirement for the 2019 pre-registration for EAE Business School’s Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management is 5.0.
Students wishing to change their study program of school can apply for access to EAE Business School directly, on the condition that they meet the admission criteria and there are places available.

We respond to requests for information regarding the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration by conducting a personal interview designed to deal with any enquiries or doubts that prospective future university students may have. Our personal guidance helps gives students a clear overview of the study programmes, methodology, professional prospects, exchanges, entry to the employment market, internships, etc. In addition, the students and their families have the opportunity to have a tour of the School to find out about its facilities and the atmosphere found at an international business school.

Enrolment of new students at EAE is conducted in-person on the dates specified in the academic calendar.
To formalize the enrolment of new students or the transfer of a student from another institution, the student must submit the following documentation:
In addition, students applying for a grant from the Ministry of Education have to complete the application on the UPC’s E-Secretary platform and submit the required documentation at the Secretary’s Office.
Lastly, students entitled to discounted enrolment fees have to submit the corresponding accrediting documentation.
The enrolment fees depending on the number of credits on which the student is enrolled. In most cases, students enrol annually for the full academic year, which is equivalent to 30 ECTS per term or 60 ECTS per year, up to a maximum of 120%, which have to be requested and accepted.
At the start of the program and without the need for additional justification, students can choose their preferred study mode: either full-time or part-time. The most common option is full-time studies.
The Equity grant offered by AGAUR (Catalan Government) takes the form of a discount/reduction in the public fees for ordinary credits that the student is enrolled on for the first time. The discount varies between 10% and 80% of the total fees, depending on the family income bracket.

AGAUR also offers a loan to pay for enrolment fees for university studies in the 2018-2019 academic year, covering up to 100% of fees for enrolling on first or second year undergraduate studies, Masters, Postgraduate or PhD program, with a fixed set-up fee and an interest rate of 0%. Basically, this loan enables you to pay your enrolment fees in monthly instalments over the course of the year or semester.
