Throughout the monitoring and improvement process, data is collected that enables us to calculate the quality of the qualification program. Using these academic indicators, we aim to identify and evaluate the current situation of the qualification program, which then allows the School to reflect on its progress.
Specifically, the following indicators are analysed by the EAE Barcelona Higher Education Centre:

Access data
Student profiles
Academic results
Faculty

The academic indicators are also publicized on the UPC’s Statistical and Management Data Portal and on the Catalan University Studies website of AQU Catalunya.
A key aspect of ensuring the continuous improvement of our activities and guaranteeing the effective management of our services is identifying and detecting the needs, expectations, interests, opinions and perceptions of the different stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of our qualification programs.
To achieve this the EAE University Centre has a survey system in place that aims to ascertain the level of satisfaction of the students, teaching and research staff, interns and administration and service staff. Specifically, the following surveys are conducted:
