Jacobo Paragues in EAE LAB: "Dreams are for fulfilling"

The participants in the EAE LAB Incubator have taken part in a meeting with investors, Business Angels and entrepreneurs held at the EAE Campus at Príncipe de Vergara 156, providing an opportunity to showcase their original ideas and high-potential business projects.
Full of energy, passion and confidence in the viability of their own projects, at the meeting, the representatives of each entrepreneurship project gave a brief overview of the purpose of their business models, their strengths and strategic vision. Carmen Martos, the Director of EAE Business School's Professional Careers Department, got the event started by congratulating the projects selected and emphasizing their hard work, stating that "entrepreneurs are a real asset within society".
The brains behind the Igenie lamp, the Hydra team and Educatly were the projects that began their presentations in representation of the first edition de EAE LAB. Then, the Director of the start-up incubator, Rocío Álvarez-Ossorio addressed the attendees, explaining the multiple benefits of the EAE LAB Incubator for entrepreneurship, how the projects were selected and how the Incubator's mentors work. "The coaches will manage your egos and help you to evolve as people". The lawyer and consultant thanked EAE for the opportunity it has provided by going a step further and the contribution it is making by training entrepreneurs in values. She added that the School "has a soul rather than just profits".
Victor Vaggione and Julio Castillo, from Smart Discovery, began the presentations of the second edition of EAE Lab, "putting people at the centre of the experience of learning as they work". Alonso Vargas, Adriana Aliaga and Federico Castro presented their vet directory for Latin America, QUPA, followed by Erick Reyes and Stephanie Sánchez, who gave us an insight into their platform for entrepreneurs Start By Reysan. Next, Víctor López Rapado and Carmen Fernández presented their sports project The Cloud Gaming.
"Live Lighter" is the slogan of LockNRoll, a digital storeroom that shares its collaborative goal with Hupity, a challenge platform for SMEs in which the best innovation teams compete against each other. Within the framework of companies working together to create new products and services, TheAring is a new piece of software for entrepreneurs and mentors.
Personal improvement and health form the basis of the social network Tribeme, a project developed by Paola Rugerio, Eduardo Zarhi and Alfonso Meilán that strives to promote continuous improvement and interaction between its members. Also related to lifestyle, travel and experiences is the entrepreneurial project South Experience, a platform that selected the best destinations for each profile of user.
Jacobo Paragues injected some essential optimism into the EAE LAB session with a presentation entitled "Capable of Achieving our Goals". The speaker focused his discussion of the infinite capacity that people have when achieving their objectives by overcoming their fears and failures. Lively and eloquent, Paragues also emphasized the possibilities generated by teamwork "If you want to go fast, work alone. If you want to go far, work as a team" and life based on values such as drive, effort and passion for what you do. The message for the entrepreneurs can be summed up in one phrase "find a challenge and fight for it when to achieve it, you'll reach the sky". His encouraging words were interrupted by the thunderous applause of the attendees at the second edition de EAE Lab.
