Additionally, globalization, the rise of new competitors, and abrupt shifts in business strategies necessitate that Project Managers possess not only comprehensive project management knowledge but also advanced personal skills and performance capabilities.

To meet this business demand, the Master in Project Management is designed to prepare executives to lead, plan, organize, and oversee complex global projects with efficiency and effectiveness. This program aims to develop professionals capable of leading teams by honing the executive skills and techniques required by directors. Professional Certification

At the end of the master, you will have the option of sitting the examinations to be certified as Project Management Professional (PMP)® by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Residential Program in USA

At the end of the tuition period, you can do a two-week residential program on Practical Models in Project Management at the University of Texas at Austin (USA). This residential program is available at an additional cost.

Experiential Component
