The Master in Customfer Experience aims to create professionals who have the skills to successfully develop and implement innovation processes, Design Thinking, and Customer Experience in companies. You will learn to use tools and methodological techniques, practicing empathy methods to put yourself in the shoes of potential customers and detect their needs, while also developing your creativity to solve real business problems.

  • Modality: Full Time (Spanish)
