- Full time: 10 months. Monday to Thursday and two Fridays per month, with intensive hours (morning group and afternoon group.

Admissions Profile
Educational Background:
A prior university degree is required, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Sciences, HR, or Psychology.
Students with prior training in Economics or Business Administration are exempt from additional preparatory courses. Those from other disciplines must take the Business Management and Digital Transformation module (6 ECTS).
Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

Abroad Residencies and Minors at EAE Madrid
EAE Madrid has international agreements with several universities and study centers. At the end of the master's program, you have the possibility to take a one-week residential program (at an additional cost) at the institution of your choice. You can choose between institutions such as Pace University, UBI Business School, Babson College, Amsterdam University, etc.
In addition, you can complete your training with a minor of 6 ECTS in subjects such as: Marketing Trends, Business Management, Tech Trends and New Leadership.
