EAE’s Full-Time Master in Human Resources and Talent equips you to create people-focused strategies as a vital element of business success. This master's program is crafted to enable professionals to address and innovate in response to emerging needs and challenges related to talent acquisition, development, and retention. We cultivate leaders who embrace change and transformation, design people-centric strategies that align with company goals, integrate and manage new technologies and their impacts on the organization, and promote talent development to reach its full potential. Consequently, as an HR professional, you become a catalyst for change within organizations.

This master's program targets young professionals with two to five years of work experience who aim to specialize in human resources and talent management. Over the course of a year in a full-time, in-person format, participants can choose between the Madrid Campus starting in October or the Barcelona Campus with intakes in October or April. The program offers official status with dual qualifications at both campuses.

Participants are connected to both academic and business spheres through faculty members, the EAE community, and various activities organized throughout the year. During this transformative year, as a student of the master’s program, you will cover everything from the basics of HR management, decision-making processes, talent development, and employer branding to leadership issues, team building, and coaching.
