The Master's in Human Resources prepares professionals to transform the department that connects and collaborates with all areas of a company and manages its most valuable asset: people. During this master’s program, you will learn that the workplace should thrive on an ecosystem of well-being, success, and professional development, requiring a shift in the traditional HR management model.

This master’s is designed for young professionals with two to five years of professional experience. In a year of absolute transformation, you will explore the fundamentals of HR management, decision-making, talent development, employer branding, leadership, team building, and coaching. Barcelona

  • Degree: Official (Full Time), Official (Hybrid). In all cases (EAE and Universitat de Lleida)

University Master in Human Resource and Talent Management 

  • Mode of Study: 
    • Full Time (Spanish / English) 
    • Hybrid (Spanish)     

       
  • Schedule:
    • Full time: 10 months. Monday to Thursday and two Fridays per month, with intensive hours (morning group and afternoon group.
    • Hybrid: 10 months. Remote classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and one Friday every other week, plus a 5-week on-campus session in Barcelona.               
       
  • Degree: Part Time (own degree). (EAE and Universitat de Lleida)

Master's Degree in Lifelong Learning in Human Resources

  • Mode of Study: Part Time (Spanish)         
     
  • Schedule: Part Time: 10 months. Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Madrid

  • Degree: Official (EAE and UNIE)

A prior university degree is required, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Sciences, HR, or Psychology.

Students with prior training in Economics or Business Administration are exempt from additional preparatory courses. Those from other disciplines must take the Business Management and Digital Transformation module (6 ECTS).

Abroad Residencies and Minors at EAE Madrid

EAE Madrid has international agreements with several universities and study centers. At the end of the master's program, you have the possibility to take a one-week residential program (at an additional cost) at the institution of your choice. You can choose between institutions such as Pace University, UBI Business School, Babson College, Amsterdam University, etc.

In addition, you can complete your training with a minor of 6 ECTS in subjects such as: Marketing Trends, Business Management, Tech Trends and New Leadership.
