Just like contacts are essential for our professional development, alliances are crucial in our mission to boost employability. With this in mind, EAE Business School works tirelessly to build bonds with leading companies in different sectors all over the world, just as in the case of the US multinational, Johnson & Johnson.
Recently, Andrea Paz, the Early Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson & Johnson, ran an online event in which she presented the leading healthcare company’s internship program for 2021. In addition, she emphasized the importance of continuing to strengthen this productive alliance for both institutions.
Before focusing on the company’s internship program, Andrea Paz focused on the Johnson & Johnson’s main business lines and how EAE talent can help the company develop them.
“At Janssen, one of our business lines, we strive to create a world in which diseases are a thing of the past. We develop medicines and focus in areas such as cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, neuroscience and oncology. In this branch of the company, innovation is essential, so there are loads of opportunities for anybody with entrepreneurial talent”.
Moreover, Paz explained the company’s line of medical device, designed to help people of all ages with health problems. “This line has a special focus on science and research to make healthcare increasingly effective. We need talent in these disciplines”, she emphasized.
Lastly, the speaker mentioned what she considers to be the company’s most important division: Johnson & Johnson Consumer Goods. “We could say that this is the most popular business line, as it includes the whole range of products that we offer directly to the consumer, such as mouthwash, cotton buds, and many more”, she explained.
Johnson & Johnson is a leader in the healthcare sector at a global level, ranking as one of the most important corporations in the world. EAE Business School, meanwhile, ranks among the top business schools in Spain and Europe. As a result, this alliance between the two institutions not only generates a constant flow of knowledge, but also a large range of professional opportunities.

There is no specific start date because, rather than being a closed program, it adapts to the company’s needs are any given time. Therefore, internships may be offered during any month”, she added.
She continued by emphasizing that the internships range from very scientific areas, more related to the Janssen division, right through to more analytical internships, linked to the marketing area in Johnson & Johnson Consumer Goods.
