In October, the Global Hybrid format gets under way!
Are you ready to start a Master? All set for a new adventure full of learning and professional challenges? October is almost here and that means the start of a crucial stage for all the students embarking on their Master in the Global Hybrid format. The Hybrid Methodology is a combination of two formats: In-person and Online. EAE runs two kind of Hybrid programs, Global and ConnectEd.
EAE’s Hybrid Methodology: One of the best options right now
By combining the benefits of the digital world and the advantages of the in-person experience, our Hybrid Methodology offers a great option for training professionally. The flexibility it provides, enabling you to study part of the program from any home country, its technological scope, which gives students access to all the tools for a full experience, and the in-person period, to be run in 2021, have earned this model one of the best reputations in Spain.
As well as the great testimonials of hundreds of students who have successfully completed a program in this format, EAE’s Hybrid Methodology has also earned recognition in the Reimagine Teaching Innovation Awards 2015 run by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn).
We run two types of Hybrid programs that adapt to different professional profiles:
- Hybrid Global: A two-week residential period. In this format, most of the program is run in sequence on the Virtual Campus, with a compulsory residential period in Madrid or Barcelona.
- Hybrid ConnectEd: : A short 4-6 month in-person stage. In this format, the program is divided into two blocks: an initial stage run online, which you can study from your home country, and a second full-time in-person stage in Madrid or Barcelona.

Global Master in Corporate Finance
The Global Master in Corporate Finance is one of the programs in the highest demand in EAE Business School, as it gives participants in-depth insight into the international financial system and its institutions, as well as a command of strategic operational planning of a company in an international setting.
This Master is taught from a global perspective of the financial world. Students can choose between two tracks: Mergers and Acquisitions, or International Taxation. Moreover, the program benefits from the guidance of the Advisory Board, formed by professionals from leading companies such as Zurich, Nike and Agbar. In 2021, the students will take part in a two-week in-person stage in Madrid, where they will boost their training with a range of networking and employability events.

Global Master in Human Resources and Talent Development
This is another option that is very popular among the EAE community because it equips students with the leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills required to manage the company’s talent both in terms of legal and administrative aspects and business strategy.
The Master offers a wide range of benefits focused on the current context, such as preparing students to gain accreditation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the use of various teaching methodologies.
