Marta Saavedra is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Selection at ManpowerGroup España, the multinational specializing in the recruitment of professional profiles and Human Resources acquisition for companies. Pilar is an expert recruiter who gives the following explanation of the talent acquisition expectations of ManpowerGroup and the positions in the highest demand in the organization, which has a network of 120 offices throughout Spain and 650 professionals specializing in talent acquisition (principally in the sectors of information technology, engineering, finance, sales and marketing).

All the areas related to the field of Talent and HR. We have a strong presence nationally and internationally, but our greatest number of vacancies is in Spain, across all the business lines that form part of ManpowerGroup.
