Thanks to the fourth edition of the Employment Report, EAE Business School's analysis of the students' professional careers after their time in the classroom, reveals a comprehensive overview of the senior profile at the School and how their professional careers evolve.
EAE Business School offers a total of 12 programs in this study mode. Many of the students choose this option due to the flexibility it offers in terms of the timetable, as they can combine their academic studies with their job. MBA, General Management, Marketing and Sales, Finance and Accounting, Logistics and Operations and Human Resources are the six categories into which the different programs are divided, including the Executive MBA, Master in Business Intelligence and Technological Innovation, Master in Marketing Management, Master in Accounting and Financial Management, Master in Supply Chain Management and Master in Human Resources Management, among others
Sociodemographic profile of the Executive student
The classes on EAE Business School's Executive are characterized by the diversity of the teams, both in terms of gender and culture. A total of 56% of students are men and 44% are women. In terms of their place of origin, the students come to the EAE Campuses from 39 different countries, in the following proportions:
The Employment Report 2017 estimates that the average age of Executive students is 37 years and they have an average of 10 years' professional experience in different sectors, including consultancy, IT, banking, mass market, industry, construction and real estate, sales and marketing, among others.
Professional career after their time at EAE
35.8% of the students believe that taking the Master has had a significant impact on their professional careers, while 19.4% rate their time at the School as a 'decisive' factor. Moreover, 72% of the students state that the program they took has prepared them to perform effectively in their current job.
Meanwhile, 60% of students state that their professional responsibilities in their job increased after taking the Master, while 87% increased their capacities such as autonomy and decision-making, and 95% of the students state that, thanks to the Master, they increased their capacity to detect new opportunities. In fact, 72% have received new employment offers after completing the Master and 42% improved their salary.
Events and networking to enhance employability
The Professional Careers Department of EAE Business School has two key objectives: defining a strategy to enhance the students' professional development and goals, and having an impact on their professional project. To achieve this, the department analyses their profile and adapts the service depending to the personal and professional needs of each student.
In the final phase, focusing on the professional visibility of the profiles, EAE Business School organizes various events with the participation of more than 4,000 partner companies, giving students the opportunity to meet recruiters directly. This series of conferences also enhance their networking opportunities: 71% of students state that they have left EAE Business School with a network of useful contacts.
