Talent Alumni Review has adopted a more refined, modern design and includes more sections designed for the School’s former students
EAE Business School has published the new issue of its magazine Talent Alumni Review, with a more refined, modern design and more sections designed to interest former students with attractive, interesting and useful content. The highlights featured on the cover include a report on storytelling, the new narratives for reaching consumers in the revitalized In Depth section, which strives to give a thorough examination of current issues.
Another new section is entitled Entrepreneurs, in which current and former students recount their successful ideas, many of which have been developed in the EAE Lab incubator, a clear example of the School’s commitment to promoting entrepreneurship. Lifestyle: travel and ideas is another new section with suggestions for more alternative trips that foster slow travel, digital detoxification, upskilling or an environmental commitment, as well as a review of the best bar terraces in Barcelona and Madrid to network after the office and the more useful and problem-solving apps.
The One of our Own section gives an overview of the professional career of four former students. Meanwhile, A day in the life of…, one of the most popular sections, we look at a typical day of former student Juan Serrano, who is back with us taking the Executive MBA, whose marketing campaign made it all the way to the Goya Awards with the short film, Xiao Xian. “We had to create and position a website in record time”, explains Serrano.
In Profile, there is an interview with the Director of Corporate Communication de Unilever España, a Member of the Advisory Board on EAE’s Master in Corporate & Digital Communication, in which she emphasizes the importance of acting with values, integrity, responsibility and respect. In the In Depth section, the lecturer Javier Barazarte examines the world of influencers for building a good marketing strategy. Barazarte is the author of the report Influencer Marketing, published by the School. Another lecturer, Javier Macías, writes an article in the section EAE Classroom, in which he examines the key factors for learning and launching an entrepreneurial venture.
Other sections with in-depth articles that remain in the revitalized design of the magazine include Global Talk, with Paul Polman, the Former Chief Executive of Unilever; Trends that analyses eight leadership ideas for this decade; and Theory vs Reality which uses examples from the world of football to decide when is a good time to change job. Other consolidated sections include the advice on various areas given by EAE’s lecturers in Elevator Tips, the latest news from the Press release School in The Insider and the back page interview with a former student in Looking in the Mirror, which, on this occasion, focuses on the Partner and Director at Ackermann International, Belén Serra.
