We research because we are committed to innovation and progress, as well as to education that prepares people to tackle the management challenges faced by companies, and thereby generate value.
EAE has various in-house research groups that specialize in the key management disciplines and generate effective solutions to deal with the real problems faced in the business world. The results of the research are the product of a collaborative attitude, open to other scientific and educational institutions and organization. Our scientific output is disseminated in leading publications and at national and international congresses, as well as through the specialist business management journal Harvard Deusto Business Research.
All the knowledge generated is the source that nourishes our programs and keeps them constantly updated, as well as providing the foundation for an educational approach closely tied to the reality of business.
The quantity and quality of publications by members of the faculty of EAE Business School constantly continues to rise. There is an ever-increasing number of research lecturers who form part of the editing boards of journals and publications, or who peer-review scientific articles. The Schools strives to support EAE researchers who want to write.
In addition, EAE has an incentive policy in place to reward the publication of articles indexed in JCR, Scopus and Scielo, some of the main international databases for bibliographic references. The aim of this policy is to increase the quality and quantity of the publications that come from our research centres.
The most notable journals in which articles by EAE professionals are published include Expert Systems with Applications, Critical Perspectives on Accounting, Interactive Learning Environments, International Journal of Production Research, Aquaculture Economics and Management, European Journal of Marketing, Revista Chilena de Derecho, Journal of International Entrepreneurship, Revista Latina de Communication Social, Journal of Global Information Management, and Central European Journal of Operations Research.
