The Master in Project Management is designed to train executives to lead, plan, organize, and control complex and global projects efficiently and effectively. Moreover, participants will develop personal skills that enhance their performance and that of their teams. The program also allows participants to access the PMP® certification exam from the Project Management Institute.

Abroad Residencies and Minors at EAE Madrid
EAE Madrid has international agreements with several universities and study centers. At the end of the master's program, you have the possibility to take a one-week residential program (at an additional cost) at the institution of your choice. You can choose between institutions such as Pace University, UBI Business School, Babson College, Amsterdam University, etc.
In addition, you can complete your training with a minor of 6 ECTS in subjects such as: Marketing Trends, Business Management, Tech Trends and New Leadership.
