EAE Business School is launching four Minors for its Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Management, (both in Spanish and English). The four specialization programs focus on Data Visualization Management, Innovation Management, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility, and Digital Business Management, with the aim of adapting the students’ professional profile more effectively to the challenges and changes that are transforming the labour market.
In view of the integration of the data culture with the business decision-making process, the Minor in Data Visualization Management will enable students on EAE’s Bachelor Degrees to gather and interpret key data in order to reflect and draw social, scientific and ethical conclusions. This program will introduce them to Machine Learning, which underpins the Big Data revolution, based on real case studies and using statistical programming tools.
Meanwhile, on the Minor in Innovation Management, students will improve their leadership, negotiation, communication and creative problem-solving skills. In this respect, the program focuses on change management in existing companies, and the incorporation of new trends and agile methodologies for innovation, leadership tools and organizational behaviour models that will enable them to lead innovative projects within departments and companies.
This Minor will focus on the specific problems faced by international companies, such as finding and identifying opportunities in foreign markets, the logistics of international trade expansion, intercultural commercial communication, supply chains, negotiation and global network creation.
In a world of constant change, companies take on the role of agents of change, with consumers demanding brands aligned with values such as equality, sustainability and action to combat climate change. With this in mind, the Minor in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility prepares professionals to lead this company transformation towards a more aware and sustainable model. The Minor covers corporate ethics, sustainability in a business context and corporate responsibility.
Last but not least, in view of the digitization of many processes and companies, and the boom in different data gathering technologies, the Minor in Digital Business Management on EAE’s Bachelor Degrees makes full use of technology to create new value in business models, new customer experiences and the ability to manage data to work towards the company’s goals, both in the case of 100% digital brands and traditional companies that integrate technological systems.
“With the incorporation of these minors, our students can embark on a program that is more focused on their interests and aligned with the challenges and changes that are transforming modern businesses, such as digitization, data management, sustainability and innovation”, emphasized Samer Ajour, the Vice-Dean of Undergraduate Program at EAE Business School.
