Presentation of the University Master in Project Management

EAE Business School’s University Master in Project Management with the Universidad Internacional de la Empresa is designed in response to the business demand to equip executives to lead, plan, organize and oversee complex global projects efficiently and effectively. Professionals equipped to lead teams based on the development of executive skills and techniques required by directors.

In short, Project Directors who can align the present needs of companies in terms of project management with the current requirements stipulated in the global standard of the Project Management Institute (PMI): minimizing risks, creating new opportunities and achieving the objectives that have been set.

EAE’s University Master in Project Management boosts students’ employability. The Professional Careers Service focuses on guiding and accompanying students towards achieving their professional objectives, as well as aligning their expectations and interests more effectively to the employment market.

International Talent Program

This program is designed for students who want to enhance their international professional development with the aim of giving them the maximum visibility among the multinational companies that work with EAE. To achieve this goal, the program organizes activities such as Employment Workshops, interviews with headhunters and international recruitment consultants all over the world.

Soft Skills Program

The aim of EAE’s Soft Skills program is to enable participating professionals to round off their training with the strategic mobilization of their personal skills. The program consists of ten independent monthly workshops structured in line with the Emotional Competence Model.

Project Management Plan

The Master Thesis consists of developing a project in which participants apply all the fundamental know-how acquired to all the groups of executive processes and fields of knowledge related to the discipline, within the framework of the PMBOK™ Guide, the leading standard in Project Management at an international level.

Major + Minor EAE implements the Majors and Minors system, which replaces the traditional method of choosing elective courses.

International Residential Program

At the end of the tuition period, students have the option of taking part in a two-week residential program at the University of Texas in San Antonio (Texas, USA). This program is available for students at an extra cost.

Over the course of the University Master in Project Management, the students acquire the set of competences required to perform their role effectively. Specifically, they develop the following competences:

On-Campus format

The University Master in Project Management at EAE Madrid is run in an in-person format run at our Madrid Campus (Calle Joaquín Costa 41) right at the heart of the financial hub, very close to the Nuevos Ministerios complex, Paseo de la Castellana and Calle Serrano.

At the Campus, students have access to all the School’s facilities and services, in a centre covering around 4,000 m2 spread over five floors, with a terrace and private garden. Our facilities include 24 study rooms and classrooms, 10 multi-purpose rooms for coworking, meetings and video conferences, and events hall with a seating capacity of 100 people, reading room and library, cafeteria and a number of student service offices.
