MarÃa Luisa Caro: "I plan to become a customer experience expert"

MarÃa Luisa Caro is a graduate of EAE's Master in Design Thinking & Customer Experience and she has been selected by Adidas to do an internship in the Customer Experience Department in the head offices in Germany. In her opinion, doing her internship in the sports clothing and footwear multinational is a challenge that will enhance her professional growth. In fact, she is sure that the expectations are high in a company of this standing. "I am ready for the challenge and I couldn't be happier", she explained.
MarÃa Luisa is a Business Administration professional. After taking part in a tough selection process, she chose to do the internship program at Adidas to strengthen her CV and because the program focuses on the area that she is she is most interested in, user experience. As a result, she feels privileged to have this opportunity and plans to learn as much as possible about personalizing the user experience based on real data about the users. Adidas has a strong reputation for being an innovative company in the retail world and MarÃa Luisa hopes to be able to take full advantage of this opportunity and become an expert on the topic.
As well as taking part in this selection process, the student on EAE's Master in Design Thinking has also participated in other initiatives organized by the Professional Careers Department to boost the students' employability and visibility, including the Building Leaders program and the workshops organized by the LVMH Group.
To get on to the internship at Adidas, MarÃa Luisa had the support of EAE Business School. The School gave student specific guidance with respect to the presentation of the Business Case. "This was the last step towards getting the internship and it was really useful", she added.
In MarÃa Luisa's opinion, EAE Business School has a great deal of expertise in Design Thinking, which was one of the features she rated most highly about the School, as well as the lecturers, highlighting the fact that she was taught by both expert researchers and experienced professionals. They have all helped to pave the way for her to break into this new world of companies that are changing and innovating all the time, She also emphasize the work of the Professional Careers Department, which she described as excellent. "Anybody who wants a job can find one thanks to them".
With her sights set firmly on Germany, the EAE student plans to move to the country and complete this internship successfully in order to get a stable position from which she can gain even more experience. In the long run, she plans to become and independent customer experience consultant for large companies.
